TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Warwickshire County Cricket Club's Store 94 is available under the following Terms & Conditions. Please ensure that you agree with this before placing your order. Company No VAT Number is . These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
PLACING AN ORDER
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation, detailing your order details, and your contact details. Once your order and payment has been accepted, we will email a confirmation of despatch, along with tracking details for your order, this confirms a contract between you and Store 94. We reserve the right to cancel an order, if payment authorisation is not obtained, or if an item is out of stock. In all cases, we will contact you to make you aware of this.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to ensure that all product details, imagery and pricing on the website are up to date. However there may be occasions where the information available is inaccurate due to unforeseen circumstances. If an error occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and enquire as to whether you wish to continue with your order.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock when you place your order. This is mainly due to the fact that we also maintain a retail store, so from time to time this may result in items being sold in person whilst showing as available online. In this instance, we will contact you to enquire as to whether you wish to wait for the item to be restocked, change your order, or cancel and receive a refund.
WARWICKSHIRE MEMBER DISCOUNT
If you are a Warwickshire Member, you may redeem your 10% instore discount online by entering your membership number (printed on the back of your card) in the discount box at the checkout.
Discount applies to any product bought directly through Store 94 except the following:
- Gift Vouchers.
- Any items which have been reduced in price from their original RRP
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may only be redeemed when purchasing goods from the Store 94 Superstore or online at edgbastonshop.com. This gift card cannot be used for the purchase of match tickets or refreshments from the stadium concourse, bar or restaurant.
Gift cards may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value held on the gift card on payment of the difference.
If any product purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card.
If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your till receipt.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase a gift card.
Damaged or defaced gift cards cannot be exchanged.
Please treat your gift card as cash. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen, or defaced gift cards.
The gift card can be loaded with any value up to a maximum of £500.
Gift cards will be valid for 24 months from the last transaction which includes adding or spending funds. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
Warwickshire County Cricket Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the gift card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card if, at it’s discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DELIVERY
All in stock orders will be despatched within the following time frames:
Standard Delivery Orders placed between Monday to Friday - 2 working days
Orders for printed kit items may take an additional 2-3 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, and do not include UK national bank holidays.
All orders are subject to payment authorisation. All shipments are sent by Royal Mail. International shipments will be passed over to Royal Mail’s partner for the particular country. Where applicable, a tracking number will be provided to ensure you are kept up to date with the whereabouts of your order, and can be used to track your package at www.royalmail.com.
You will assume responsibility for your order once the order has been delivered to you.
United Kingdom:
In Store Collection - Free (available within 1 working day of order placement)
Standard Delivery - £4 (please allow 3-5 working days for delivery)
TAX & DUTIES
PLEASE NOTE: Since the UK has left the European Union, international orders may be subject to additional duty may be charged at the discretion of customs & excise of the destination country.
All prices quoted on our site include UK VAT at 20% where applicable.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Returning your purchase to us is easy:
Please send the item you wish to return back to us here at Edgbaston Stadium, along with a copy of your invoice, or a note containing your order number, contact details, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Printed kit items are non returnable unless the printing is incorrect, or the item is faulty.
If you would like help with any aspect of product returns, please email store94@edgbaston.com.
Returns can be made up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We may in some circumstances, allow returns outside this period, for example at Black Friday or Christmas sales periods.
Please return your product to us in unworn condition, in its original packaging, along with the returns slip, or a copy of your contact details. Failure to enclose a returns slip or contact details may result in a delay processing your refund/replacement.
Refunds will be made to the original card used for payment, and do not include the cost of initial shipping or return shipping, except in the case of a faulty product.
Please ensure that the returned item is adequately packaged, as we are cannot be held responsible for items which are damaged upon delivery to us.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY
Any customer data collected by AFC Bournemouth superstore will be securely held exclusively for our own use, and will not, under any circumstances be shared with any third party-companies for marketing or other purposes, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

PROMOTIONS
The Store 94 Superstore may from time to time offer a price promotion on products in the form of a time limited discount, multibuy discount, or promotional code activated discount. These promotions may be run at any time for a limited period, and may be withdrawn at any time at our discretion. Promotional codes will only be valid for qualifying products, and for the specified time period.
PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment for pre-ordered items will be taken on the day your order is placed. This will enable us to ensure that stock is allocated, and allow time to pick and pack your order ready for delivery to you on the launch date.
Pre-ordering is only available on a delivery basis, and excludes the collect in store option. In stock items purchased at the same time as pre-ordered items will be held for despatch until any pre-ordered items are in stock and ready to send.
For UK orders, we aim to deliver pre-ordered items on the day of their launch, and will use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Before 1pm service to send all pre-ordered items. Please note that there will need to be someone present at your chosen delivery address to sign for the package.
PLEASE NOTE: Final squad numbers are subject to change up until the opening game of the season, so please bear this in mind if you wish your kit to be customised with a player’s name and number.
Store 94 Superstore cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if a consignee is not present, or for any other circumstances beyond our control.
